Boil the eggs, drain all the liquid from the peas. Cut the cucumber into rings, then into strips. Cut the cheese into the same strips, tomatoes - into halves, eggs - into slices, shrimp - into small pieces. Leave two shrimps to decorate the salad when cooking on the festive table. You can leave half the yolk, rub it on a fine grater and decorate the salad on top.

Arrange the salad on a flat plate in rows. Just before serving, top with mayonnaise. Top with shabby yolk and leftover shrimp.

For dressing, you can use mayonnaise and sour cream in equal proportions or yogurt without various additives.

The prepared amount of salad is only enough for two - a suitable version of Cobb salad for a romantic dinner.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast (fried or boiled) - 150 g
  • Lettuce leaves - 90 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Tomato, avocado - 1 pc.
  • Cucumbers - 3 pcs.
  • Cheddar cheese - 80 g
  • Dijon mustard, grains - 20 g each
  • Garlic - 3 tooth.
  • Lemon juice - 25 ml
  • Olive oil - 40 ml
  • Sugar, salt - 1 tsp each.

Cooking:

Grind garlic, add mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, sugar, a pinch of salt - beat the mass with a whisk.

Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate.

Dice smoked or fried chicken breast.

Grind the boiled eggs and on both sides, from the chicken, put in rows on a plate with salad.

Cut the tomato into cubes and place next to the eggs.

Then cut the cucumbers and put them next to the tomatoes.

Slice the cheese and lay next to it.

Then chop the avocado and put it on a plate.

Serve the sauce in a gravy boat separately or pour over the salad immediately before use.
